Eliot is six months old now! He had some applesauce to celebrate the monumental event, and he enjoyed himself immensely. At six months he's sitting up all by himself, making "ma-ma-ma" sounds and other baby talk, eating from a spoon, drinking water from a glass, and charming all the ladies with his irresistable, ever-present smile!

On Labor Day we went for a hike on Mount Baker with Jessa's family. It was a gorgeous day and a spectacular view. We had a picnic lunch beside a stream surrounded by trees, ferns and moss. Here's some pictures from the top of the mountain...
